​Igor Timoshkin

Igor Timoshkin, male, Professor ,foreign teacher at School of Electrical Engineering, Shanghai University of Electric Power. He studied at Moscow State University and received his PhD from the University of London. Fellow of the Institute of Higher Education, Senior Member of IEEE, and Member of the IEEE Dielectric Electrical Insulation Society. Research interests: Electronic engineering, pulse power, low temperature plasma.
