​Igor Timoshkin

Igor Timoshkin, male, Senior Lecturer,foreign teacher of School of Electrical Engineering, Shanghai University of Electric Power.He studied at University of Strathclyde and received his PhD from the University of London. Fellow of the Institute of Higher Education, Senior Member of IEEE, Associate Member of the Physical Society, Member of the IEEE Dielectric Electrical Insulation Society. Research interests: Electronic engineering, pulse power, low temperature plasma.
