Zhang Dayi, from the Class of 2011

Zhang Dayi, from the Class of 2011, went to study at University of Strathclyde in 2013 and obtained a doctoral degree in 2019. Currently, he is working as a postdoctoral researcher at University of Strathclyde while also serving as a research and development engineer at PPS and Inspectahire. His main responsibility is to translate university research achievements into practical applications for corporate and company projects, serving as a vital link between funded research and commercial product development. His main research areas include drones, robotic automation for non-destructive testing, and the development of tactile pressure sensors.
